I’ve been baking my whole life, long before Peaches & Dreams had a name. But when I was going through cancer treatments recently, I found myself in the kitchen even more, getting extra creative with custom cookies and cakes for my favorite people: my family and friends.

What began as a way to help cover some of my treatment costs slowly grew into something more. The requests kept coming, the cookie boxes kept leaving my doorstep, and it felt like the right time to make it official. So, Peaches & Dreams came to be. The name was inspired by the color of my cancer ribbon: peach. It’s a little reminder that even the toughest chapters can create something really beautiful. 🎗️

I’m a small-batch baker by choice. I don’t mass produce or take on huge order volumes. I take limited orders because I believe cookies and cakes shouldn’t just look amazing, they should taste incredible too. If I can’t give each one the attention it deserves, I don’t put my name on it.

And while there are plenty of bakers out there offering bargain pricing, my mission is different. I focus on artisan techniques, thoughtful flavor pairings, premium ingredients, and treats that actually live up to the hype when you take that first bite. Because good cookies are easy to find. Cookies you still think about tomorrow? That’s the goal.
