Chocolate Lemon Pie: Amazing Dessert, Easy to Make and Irresistible

It’s almost impossible to resist a delicious piece of lemon pie, isn’t it? Now imagine the same candy with an extra detail that makes any dessert simply irresistible: chocolate! Yes, the chocolate-covered lemon tart is a reality and here we have the recipe that is quick and easy to make. – Mass:

-200g milk cookies -140g melted unsalted butter.


-1/2 cup strained lemon juice
-300g sour cream
-600g condensed milk.


-200g of chopped
dark chocolate -200g of sour cream.

Way of doing:

Grind the cookies in a blender until they become a very thin crumb.


Then mix with the melted butter to form a homogeneous mass.

Pour the batter into a detachable round pan and squeeze it with your fingers to stick tightly to the bottom.

Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Reserve.

In the meantime, whip the lemon juice with the cream and condensed milk.

Spread this mixture over the baked dough and refrigerate for a few minutes.

Make the icing by melting the chocolate in a water bath (or microwave) and then mixing with the cream.

Pour over the lemon cream and leave the pie in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
