WHAT DID KEVIN DURANT SAY TO MICHAEL RAPAPORT?

Kevin Durant and Michael Rapaport’s ‘beef’ goes back months and, as per Yahoo! Sports, it was sparked after Michael Tweeted about Kevin’s interview with the NBA on TNT show in December 2020.

As per Michael’s Instagram post, a conversation containing explicit and offensive language between the pair is shown. Kevin sends Michael the link of his Tweet on the NBA on TNT interview and calls him “a b***h”.

Michael replied saying that Kevin was “looking like he was gonna cry and s***”. The rest of the conversation escalates further.

KEVIN DURANT IS FINED BY THE NBA

April 2nd 2021 saw Kevin Durant fined $50,000 by the NBA for his messages sent to Michael Rapaport on social media.

As reported by ESPN, Kevin spoke of the social media feud publicly for the first time on April 2nd and said: “I’m sorry that people seen the language I used. It’s not really what I want people to see or hear from me. But, hopefully, I can move past it and get back out on the floor“.

Kevin doesn’t look to have posted anything on the subject via Instagram @easymoneysniper.

WERE KEVIN DURANT AND MICHAEL RAPAPORT FRIENDS?

Kevin and Michael look to have once been acquaintances, at least. Taking to Instagram in April 2021, Michael posted a video captioned: “A long time ago we used to be friends @easymoneysniper but you let your insecurities ruin it all @deancollins“.

Michael also took to Twitter to say that he thought the social media situation between the two of them had “gotten out of hand” adding “I feel bad about it“.

Michael said: “I’m a fan, I met him as a fan“. However, it doesn’t look as though the pair are fans of one another, or friends, any longer.
